Saturday 23rd November - Prestbury Lollipop

Well - a very cold and frosty morning was waiting for 21 intrepid runners today (guest appearance from Dangerous Dave) - brilliant conditions for a run along the Bollin Valley for the 'Prestbury Lollipop'. Today we had 4 group leaders out (Cheryl, Dave, Gemma and Neil - thanks to them) and we managed a 'split session' with part of the group doing the normal route and the rest doing the Golf Course option.

Some very good running today - everybody is definitely improving!

A post-run debrief was conducted in the Tytherington Club.
