Run England - Macclesfield: Saturday 12th May: Again a lovely sunny morning despite all the recent showers we have been having.
This morning a 'select' group turned out - Nina, Dawn, Julie and Jo. Neil was away so (un)fortunately no photos!
Nina took charge and we decided to run one of our frequent 5k routes - clockwise as Jo prefers - so we ran up Manchester Road, Dorchester Way, Tytherington estate, and back down the Middlewood Way.
Again Julie and Dawn ran well, at a good pace. A few walking stops but plenty of chat and loop backs to make sure we stayed together. Our average pace was 11.4 min/ mile and we finished in well under 40 mins. Well done everyone!

Jo - thanks for updating the BLOG (I will soon be redundant!). Camera boy will be back on 26th May - be afraid, be very afraid.
