We had 6 runners this morning, Nina, Sarah, Julie, Louise, Philip and Alison. We ran up the Middlewood Way to the AZ bridge and then took the farm track to Clarke Lane, then up to Kerridge and back down across the canal, through Tinkers Clough and back along the Middlewood. Philip measured it at 5.06 miles. Everyone ran really well, Sarah had already run 3 miles to meet us in the Bollin Valley Car Park, so a fantastic 8 miles for her!

ReplyDeletethought i would have another go at updating the blog dawn,julie, louise and i went out this evening. We ran the bollin lollypop it was cool but sunny and there were a few muddy puddles. Well done Ladies
