A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. If you are interested in joining the group please contact group leaders Wendy Boardman (wendyboardman77@googlemail.com) or Jenny Airey (jenfa23@gmail.com) Ideally new members should be capable of running ~15 minutes without stopping.
Meeting place: Whalley Hayes Car Park
Route: 5-5.5 miles miles around Macclesfield with an optional 0.5mile loop at the end.
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
