With some excellent running and good looping back, the group split into two at Prestbury, with Gemma and Dawn taking a group back along the Bollin and the rest with myself and Harry, tackling the longer option across the golf course.
The group ran between 4 and 4 and a half miles, brilliant!
After a warm down and some stretching refreshment at the club house were enjoyed by those able to stay.
