Saturday 14th December - CAFOD Cat & Mouse

The Start
Today saw a hardy group of 19 runners (including new group member Maria) who braved the cold and windy weather for a trial run of the CAFOD route. We split into two groups for a bit of 'cat and mouse' (one with Ali and Dawn, one with Neil & Gemma). Both groups ran well and we soon warmed up as we tried to catch or avoid being caught!

If anybody is planning to take part in the actual event on the 27th December please can you pre-register (check the BLOG entry for that date to find the form).

A few group members managed a quick tea/coffee in the Waterside Cafe afterwards for a post-run debrief.

Well run!
