A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. The Macc Half committee have secured a stand at the Treacle Market on Sunday 25th August. We are looking for people to help man (or woman!) the stand for an hour on a rota basis. Please let Neil know if you can help out.
