Saturday 10th March

Team today: Joanne, Philip, Divya (new member), Sarah and Louise.

Today we met at 9.30am in Bollin Valley (Riverside) Car Park. After a warm-up we agreed to do the 'standard' 5K route (clockwise at Jo's request).

We split part way round to allow Divya to get her breath back. The rest of the group ran the 5K route in ~36 mins which is a PB (personal best) for Sarah and Louise I think.
