A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. If you are interested in joining the group please contact group leaders Wendy Boardman (wendyboardman77@googlemail.com) or Jenny Airey (jenfa23@gmail.com) Ideally new members should be capable of running ~15 minutes without stopping.
There will be no E group run today. It is the Langley 7/8 race today at 0.30am and most of the leaders will be marshalling this local event. Further details on how to volunteer to help will be posted nearer the time.
