This will be the first off- road Monday night run of 2019. Please wear hi-vis and bring a torch in case it starts to get dark towards the end of the run
Meeting place: On Bullocks Lane near the canal bridge,Sutton
Time: 6.30pm
Route: Sutton Reservoir Loop
Distance: 4.5 miles (there will also be the option to do a shorter version of the run-approx 3.5miles)
Shoes: Road
