Meeting place: South park ,Macclesfield.
Distance: 5k
Time: Meet at the bandstand at 8.50 for the warm up, run starts at 9am.
Shoes: Road or trail depending on whether it has been raining.
Leaders: Whoever is free!
Coffee: At the Park Tavern.
The Macclesfield Park Run is part of the 'club champs'
