A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. 18 runners met for the Mottram Mud Run... Which actually wasn't as muddy as expected, considering the night rain! Great looping, and fantastic running! Well done everyone.x
