Saturday 1st November- Three Gates - Three Bends

The 'Three Gates, Three Bends' challenge returned this morning and 17 runners met to run just over 4 miles. The weather was very kind to us as we set out down the Middlewood way, through Tinkers Clough, across the fields and to the bottom of 'Neil's Hill' - the group effort was absolutely fantastic and many of the existing and new members made it all the way to the top which is no easy task! We carried on over the paths to the base of the White Nancy to complete the '3 bends' element of the challenge, again with an excellent effort made by all to not stop on the hill. From there, it was downhill to Ingersley Vale Waterfall and back though Bollington to the Skate Park.

There were lots of happy faces at the end and lots of positive comments from the run. We hoped you enjoyed the route and the hills.....they are you friends!
