We ran the planned 5k route (Summerlea-Middlewood-Football Pitch-Marlbrough Drive-Manchester Road-Dorchester Way-Manchester Road back to start) on a lovely frosty but sunny morning. We had quite a fast pace, which caught up with Jo on the hill on Dorchester Way. Nina waited although could have carried on. Nina recorded the run on her iphone, and at the end it showed that we completed the run in 31 mins and had an average pace of 10.11 mins!
