Meeting place: Nelson's Pit car park (SK12 1TH), the cost is £2 for 1-3 hours. Meet at the Riverside car park at 8.25 for car sharing. If you are meeting us at Nelson's Pit, the easiest route is to drive to Poynton and take a right at the mini roundabout just before Aldi onto Dickens Lane (there is a Johnson's Dry Cleaners on your right). Sat Nav might take you via Street Lane but the road is closed further down this route at Moggie Lane.
Time: 9am
Route: Lyme Park loop. This is a lovely route along trail paths and the canal towpath.
Distance: 5 miles
Shoes: Road shoes will be fine.
