Meeting place: Riverside car park, Tytherington

Route: Along the Bollin and then back to the start via pavements.
Distance: 5 miles

Leaders: Wendy, Damian and Mike.
This will be our last Monday night off road run until next year. The nights are drawing in now so it ESSENTIAL that ALL runners wear hi vis and head or chest torch whilst running with the group! This is for your safety- The hi vis enables you to be seen by cars and the torches allow you to see where you are going and will also enable the leaders to see you so that you don't get left behind.
