A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. Route: Around the pavements of Macclesfield
Distance : 5 miles with an option to finish after 3 miles as we pass by the car park
