| Happy Marshals |
Today 5 E & D group runners went to run the Lyme Park (Neil and 2 group members volunteered). A number of people also ran local and a group also ran Congleton ParkRun. A few people did the John O'Goats Orienteering. So - there are FACEBOOK pictures and blogs about all this ... somewhere!
The 5 runners were very luck as the rain held off until after the finish - there were 134 people out today so it was a sizeable field. There were PBs, near-misses and som good hard running in muddy conditions.
