A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC AND THE SUBSEQUENT INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE GOVERNMENT AND THEIR MEDICAL EXPERTS REGARDING SOCIAL DISTANCING, ALL E GROUP RUNS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
