A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. If you are interested in joining the group please contact group leaders Wendy Boardman (wendyboardman77@googlemail.com) or Jenny Airey (jenfa23@gmail.com) Ideally new members should be capable of running ~15 minutes without stopping.

Time: 6.30pm
Route: Around the streets of Macclesfield
Distance: 5 miles but we loop back close to the start at 3 miles for those that want to come for a shorter run.
