Saturday 8th September - The Turk's Head. NOTE CHANGE OF ROUTE !

Dave has devised a NEW route for us to replace the planned Falli Frolic as some footpaths on this route are temporarily closed due to the Kings' School new build.
The route starts & finishes near to the canal bridge at old The Fool's Nook pub and involves a circuit of Sutton Reservoir, canal tow path, Turf Moss & Gawsworth fields.

Meeting place: Woodhouse End Road. Turn right after the Fool's Nook across the canal swing bridge. Park on the left hand side of the road. Dave will bring his E group sign to direct you to the correct meeting place. Parking is limited so please car share !

Monday 3rd September - Run and Talk Event along The Middlewood

MHAC Mental Health Champions have organised a Run and Talk Event this evening. We have decided to combine this evening's E group run with this event. ALL WELCOME. You can choose to do the whole route,some of it, walk it or run it. Whether you are recovering from injury,need to shake off some clouds or just want to come along and support this great event, then this is for you. There will be cake in the car park afterwards.
