A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. Meeting Place: Small Car Park off Round Meadow in Rainow.
Time: 9am-10:15am
Distance: 4.5 miles - please note, this route is hilly, however, you are rewarded for your efforts with beautiful views!
