A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. Coffee: Garden Centre Cafe - they let us use their parking and in return, we use their cafe :-)
