A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. Monday 18th December - Town Route to view the Christmas lights
Meet at Whalley Hayes Car Park at 6.30pm for 4.5 mile run around the streets of Macclesfield.
Leaders: Wendy, Damian and Pat.
This will be the last E group run on a Monday evening in 2017.
