Saturday 10th October - Sutton Reservoir

A brilliant turn out for E group this morning with 27 runners prepared to run the Sutton Reservoir Route...with DD on the bike for supplies and support!
After a warm up led by Abi, we headed down the canal to Fools Nook to head up promised single hill of the run. After a nice downhill stretch, we ran the loop of the reservoir, back down Parvey Lane and across the fields to finish. There was some excellent looping back where possible today and the group ran at a good pace.
Coffee for those who could stay followed at the Garden Centre with a big hurry to get in to beat the pack of cyclists that arrived at the same time!
