Saturday 14th March - Surprise View

Well well well, 15 runners headed out to run up to the Trig at the top of Kerridge Ridge, after a warm up by Wendy and some beginner Tai Chi by Dangerous Dave, we headed up the roads and paths of Kerridge. Some outstanding effort been made on the hills (with lots of positive talk of the benefits of hill running along the way). We reached the Trig after seeing some members of C group then headed back down the ridge. After a little ankle rolling by myself, Dave, Wendy and Abi continued with the group whilst Alison and Kate sprinted back to fetch a car (much appreciated). I'm not too sure where the group went from there, and Wendy couldn't really feed back either, I heard of hills, mud, fields and paths...Unfortunately, Dave also took a tumble!

The average distance was 4.3 miles according to some sources, a brilliant run and thank you for bearing with the leaders and supports as we replaced the routes.

Next session....flat and fast!

Pictures will be added as and when I get them through as I didn't have that many.
