Shoes: Road shoes should be fine unless we get a lot of rain in the days before the run.

Monday 1st July-Summer Road Handicap organised by the club.
There is a fun event tonight which has been organised by Ray O'Keefe. Runners try to predict their time for an out and back route of approx 7.5k starting and finishing at the track. Full details can be found on the link below. This event will replace the group run.
