A blog to keep the members of Macclesfield Harriers E Group informed about our past and future runs. We tend to run at a pace of 10 - 12 min/mile for about 4-5 miles. Monday 24th December - Christmas Eve. There will not be an E group run today
There will be no E group run today. All your lovely leaders will be busy wrapping presents,making mince pies,eating, drinking and being merry. Happy Christmas everybody
